Restorative Kōrero

We create calm, structured spaces where people can speak honestly, listen properly and work toward a clearer way forward.

Our approach is whānau-centred and tikanga-informed.

We help identify what has happened, who has been affected, what needs to be acknowledged and what practical steps may support restoration, accountability and safer relationships.

Support may include preparing for difficult conversations, facilitating whānau hui, clarifying concerns, recording agreed actions and helping participants remain focused on solutions rather than blame.

Participation must be voluntary and safe.

Where specialist mediation, legal advice, counselling or clinical support is required, we encourage involvement from the appropriate qualified provider.

Debt Resolution Support

We support whānau to understand their debts, organise the information, communicate with creditors and identify practical options for resolving what is owed.

This may include reviewing balances, payment arrangements, hardship options, write-off or reconsideration pathways, correspondence, referrals and preparation for meetings or reviews.

We do not provide regulated financial advice.

Where specialist budgeting, insolvency, legal or financial services are required, we help whānau connect with the right provider.
